It is the Australian grower of over 60 % of the world's pyrethrum and runs the most high-tech pyrethrum industry in the world.

Unique selling proposition specialist areas of expertise

Pyrethrum is grown across Tasmania's north and around Ballarat in Victoria, about 100 kilometres west of Melbourne.  More than 5,000 hectares of the plant are currently being grown in Australia, with about 20 per cent of that in Victoria.

Pyrethrum is used in household insect repellents, insecticides for home gardens, and wider industrial and agricultural uses.  The naturally occurring insecticide is certified for use on organic crops.
